These are really great ways to engage your employees or customers, promote your new product on social, or just get the word out!

So long as your request isn’t inappropriate or in violation of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, feel free to get as creative as you’d like with your request!

Include as much detail as possible! Who the Cameo Video is for, what the occasion is, how to pronounce the recipient’s name – the more details, the better.

If you’re in a bit of a time crunch, we offer 24 hour delivery. You’ll see the 24hr delivery badge and will have the option to purchase 24hr delivery at checkout.

Once your request has been fulfilled, you’ll receive an email notification with a link to open, view and save your video message.

Most major credit cards are accepted and certain other payment methods may also be available.

When you get to the Payment Info section, make sure you select the 24hr Delivery option.

Once you send your business video request over, we have up to 7 days to fulfill the request. You can check the status of your request in the Orders dashboard of your business account, and from the link in your confirmation.

During the license term, you can use the business video across digital owned and paid channels (excluding TV and OTT).
